SCHOOLS
FRIENDSHIP PROJECT
ST OSWALDS PRIMARY SCHOOL
Itchy-Feet Community Arts facilitates and produces artworks such as mosaics, painted murals, playground furniture, signage, murals, seating, ornamental gateways, as well as a varied range of other crafts.
To date we have helped schools produce stunning pieces of artworks, either as individual pieces or large scale installations, sited both inside and out of school buildings and their playgrounds.
We have a large client base of schools across the Merseyside region and work with school children from nursery to secondary level.
We produce works that can link in to curriculum based subjects; i.e. multi cultural projects, healthy eating, history and art and design.
All art projects with Itchy-Feet are tailor made to meet a school’s requirements.
Schools can choose from single, ‘one off’ workshops to longer term projects, working with individual groups, a whole class, year or even school.
We consult from the start with the school on exactly what teachers, pupils and the school want. The scale of your project is up to you.
Projects offer the choice for all participants to be involved from the beginning; starting with the research and design process, right through to the completed artwork.
Pupils get the chance to learn skills and techniques using a wide variety of materials.
We work with you to create a unique piece of art.
